摘要
外被体蛋白复合物β'亚基(COPB2)是外被体蛋白复合物(COPI)的组成亚基之一,具有色氨酸-天冬氨酸(WD)重复序列,其与信号转导、细胞周期的调节和细胞凋亡相关。COPB2在人类多种肿瘤中异常表达,且与临床病理特征密切相关,通过多种机制调节细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭等生物学功能,可作为肿瘤生物标志物和治疗靶点。本文就COPB2在肿瘤发生、发展中的生物学功能、主要的相关机制和潜在临床意义作一综述。
The coatomer protein complex subunit beta 2(COPB2)is one of the component subunits of the coatomer complex I(COPI),and has a tryptophan-aspartic(WD)repeat sequence,which is associated with signal transduction,regulation of the cell cycle and apoptosis.COPB2 is aberrantly expressed in a variety of human tumors and is closely related to clinicopathological features.It regulates cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and other biological functions through various mechanisms,and can be used as a tumor biomarker and therapeutic target.This article reviews the biological function,main related mechanism and potential clinical significance of COPB2 in tumorigenesis and development.
