摘要
构建校企命运共同体是“双高计划”对高等职业教育现代化的明确要求,也是职业教育产教融合的终极目标。从“共同体”的研究缘起出发,探讨职业教育校企命运共同体在“双高计划”中的体现,分析其在实施过程中的现实困境,结合其实现过程中“区域性”及“阶段性”的特征,以宁波地区和宁波职业技术学院为例,总结近年来区校、校企在产业合作共建命运共同体实践中的尝试和思考。
Building a community with shared future for schools and enterprises is the clear requirement of the“Double-High Plan”for the modernization of higher vocational education.It is also an ultimate goal of industry and education integration.Starting from the origin of the research on"community",this paper discusses the embodiment of the community with shared future of vocational education and enterprises in the“Double-High Plan”,analyzes its practical difficulties in the implementation process,combines the“regional”and“phased”characteristics in the implementation process,and takes Ningbo region and Ningbo Polytechnic as examples to summarize the attempts of the practice of college and industry cooperation to build a community with shared future in recent years.
