摘要
研究基于“1+X”证书制度对研学旅行专业人才培养的重要意义,深度解析了“1+X”证书制度创新研学旅行管理与服务专业人才培养的内在要求——书证融通对标即产业需求与专业设置对接、书证融通嵌入即职业标准与课程内容对接、书证融通实施即生产过程与教学过程对接,构建了产教融合和“三全育人”理念下研学旅行管理与服务专业的“546”即五主体四环节六工作的人才培养模式的实践路径,以此推进专业人才培养改革创新的高质量发展,为“1+X”证书制度在其他专业领域的推广实施提供借鉴。
Based on the significance of 1+X certificate system for the training of tourism professionals,the research deeply analyzes the internal requirements of the innovation of 1+X certificate system for the training of tourism management and service professionals,such as connection of curriculum and certificates–the industry demands are in line with professional setting,integration of curriculum and certificates-professional standards are in line with curriculum content,implementation of connecting curriculum and certificates-production process are in line with teaching process,and builds the practice path of the"546"of talent cultivation mode of Tourism Management and Service,namely five subjects,four links and six tasks,under the concept of“Sanquan Education”,so as to promote the high-quality development of professional talent cultivation reform and innovation,and provide reference for the promotion and implementation of 1+X certificate system in other professional fields.
