职业教育促新生代农民工社会流动的路径探索——一种发展的取向

摘要 在新生代农民工“生存”向“发展”诉求转向新趋势下,探究其社会流动的助力因素之一——职业教育,具有很大价值,相应对职业教育提出了更高要求。通过分析新生代农民工社会流动的需求,反思职业教育发展的新要求与支持体系;从支持新生代农民工社会流动的视角展开,探索职业教育发展的新方向与新路径;导向明确、多措并举,构筑实用驱动、能力本位、灵活多选、质量优良的职业教育支持系统,实现社会和谐、个人发展共赢的目标。 Under the new trend of the new generation of migrant workers'demands from“survival”to“development”,this paper explores one of the driving factors of their social mobility:vocational education has great value and puts forward higher education requirements.By analyzing the social mobility needs of the new generation of migrant workers,we can reflect on the new requirements and support path of the development of vocational education.From the perspective of supporting the social mobility of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper explores the new direction and path of the development of vocational education.With clear guidance and multiple measures,we will build a practicality-driven,ability-based,flexible,alternative and high-quality vocational education support system to achieve the win-win goal of social harmony and individual development.
