中高职贯通专业学生高质量就业能力培育研究

Research on Cultivation of High-quality Employment Ability of Students with Same Majors Both in Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

研究了中高职贯通专业学生高质量就业能力价值维度,分析了学生高质量就业能力培养现状:学生知识结构体系与行业高质量发展不匹配、学生职业生涯规划意识比较淡薄、学生就业能力与单位岗位需求不吻合、学生就业观念和综合素质有待提高,提出了深化产教融合与创新校企合作、提升学生职业素养与培育工匠精神、构建就业指导体系与加强学生自我教育等有效途径,全面助力学生高质量就业能力的提升,培养更多高素质技术技能型人才,为经济社会高质量发展提供坚强有力的人才保障与智力支撑。

The paper studied the high-quality employability values of students with same majors both in secondary and higher vocational education,and analyzed the students’present cultivation situations including mismatch between students'knowledge structure system and high-quality development of the industry,weak career planning consciousness,gap between students’employment ability and employers’requirements,want of students'employment concept and comprehensive quality,etc..Aiming to comprehensively assist students to enhance their ability of high-quality employment,the paper explored such effective ways as deepening integration of industry and education and innovative cooperation between schools and enterprises,improving students'professional quality and cultivating the spirit of craftsman,constructing employment guidance system and strengthening students'self-education,cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled personnel and providing a strong talent guarantee and intellectual support for high-quality economic and social development.
