金丝苦楝的本草考证

Textual Research on the Herbs of Cardiospermum halicacabum

金丝苦楝是泉州民间常用中草药,然未有学者对金丝苦楝药材历史演变的系统梳理和深入考证,因此有必要进行深入的考证。文章从名称、基原、入药部位、功效主治等进行系统考证,以期为更好地开发利用金丝苦楝提供参考依据。经考证可知金丝苦楝的别名有倒地铃、小果倒地铃、三角泡、假苦瓜等;基原物种是无患子科倒地铃(Cardiospermum halicacabum L.),全草入药。本草古籍记载金丝苦楝具有凉血、消疮之效,用于黄疸、蛇伤。现代则在凉血消疮的基础上又多了清热解毒、散瘀消肿、利湿之效,泉州地区还用于治疗糖尿病。该考证结果可为金丝苦楝的临床应用及深入研究提供参考。

Cardiospermum halicacabum is commonly used in Quanzhou folk herbal medicine,commonly used in the treatment of diabetes.The pharmacology,chemistry and other related research has made a series of progress,but there is no systematic carding and in-depth research on the historical evolution of Cardiospermum halicacabum,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research.In order to provide reference for better development and utilization of Cardiospermum halicacabum,this paper will make a systematic research on the name,origin,medicinal part,efficacy.The research shows that it is often used as the Cardiospermum halicacabum L.,Cardiospermum halicacabum Linn.var.microcarpum(Kunth)Bl.,Sanjiaopao,Jiakugua,etc.The only original species is cardiospermum halicacabum L.,and the whole herb was used as medicine.It is recorded in ancient herbal books that Cardiospermum halicacabum has the effect of cooling blood andeliminating sores,andit is used for jaundice and snakebite.In modern times,on the basis of cooling blood and removing sores,it also has the effect of clearing heat and detoxicating,dispersing stasis,swelling and dampness.It slso used in the treatment of diabetes in Quanzhou area.
