基于“治痿独取阳明”理论探讨骨质疏松症发病机制及治疗现状

To Explore Pathogenesis and Treatment of Osteoporosis based on Theory of“Treatment for Flaccidity Aims at Yangming Meridian”

骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)作为全球关注的健康问题之一,既影响患者的生活质量,同时给社会带来了巨大的经济负担。中医学对OP以往的研究多从“肾主骨生髓”理论出发,而基于“治痿独取阳明”理论的相关研究较少,“治痿独取阳明”理论作为中医学关于痿证的重要论述之一,对OP的防治具有重要的指导作用,越来越多的研究表明基于“治痿独取阳明”理论防治OP临床疗效突出,具有独特的优势。此外,现代医学骨肠轴及“脾-肌肉-骨骼”轴与“治痿独取阳明”理论关系密切,在OP的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。因此,文章论述“治痿独取阳明”理论与OP的相关性,通过骨肠轴及“脾-肌肉-骨骼”轴阐述其发病机制,并且就基于“治痿独取阳明”理论治疗OP的相关研究成果进行综述,以期为中医药防治OP提供新的见解和思路。

Osteoporosis(OP),as one of the global health concerns,not only affects the quality of life of patients,but also brings huge economic burden to the society.Most of the previous studies on OP in Traditional Chinese medicine are based on the theory of“kidney dominating the bone and producing the marrow”,while there are few related studies based on the theory of“treatment for flaccidity aims at Yangming meridian”.As one of the important discussions on impotence syndrome in Traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of“treatment for flaccidity aims at Yangming meridian”has an important guiding role in the prevention and treatment of OP.More and more studies show that the treatment of OP based on“treatment for flaccidity aims at Yangming meridian”has outstanding clinical efficacy and unique advantages.In addition,the theory of“treatment for flaccidity aims at Yangming meridian”is closely related to the bone-gut axis and the“spleen-muscle-bone”axis in modern medicine,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of OP.Therefore,this paper will discuss the correlation between the theory of“treatment for flaccidity aims at Yangming meridian”and OP,and explain its pathogenesis through the bone-gut axis and the“spleen-muscle-bone”axis,and review the relevant research results of treating OP based on the theory of“treatment for flaccidity aims at Yangming meridian”,which has provided new insights and ideas for the prevention and treatment of OP with Traditional Chinese medicine.
