Research on impact safety test technology and device for yield valve of hydraulic support

摘要 为了满足安全阀冲击安全性试验的要求,解决试验技术与装备制约安全阀技术进步的难题,通过研究冲击加载、压力梯度控制等关键技术,设计了专用冲击加载缸,以蓄能器作为高压流量源,研发了安全阀冲击安全性试验装置,使被试安全阀前压力可在25 ms内达到GB 25974.3—2010规定的冲击压力要求,填补了行业空白。 In order to meet the requirements of the impact safety test for the yield valve and solve the difficulty in the test technology and equipment restricting the technical progress of the yield valve,after the research on key technology such as impact loading and pressure gradient control,the special impact loading cylinder was designed.In addition,the high-pressure flow source was taken as accumulator to develop the impact safety test device for yield valve,thus the inlet pressure of the tested yield valve reached the required impact pressure stipulated by GB 25974.3—2010 within 25 ms,which filled the industry blank.
