带式输送机启动圆周力的计算方法

摘要 带式输送机在满载启动、稳定运行过程中,要通过滚筒的摩擦力将启动、稳定运行的圆周力传递到输送带上,必须满足不打滑条件。从计算带式输送机不打滑条件入手,通过研究、对比行业标准、行业设计手册中关于启动圆周力的计算方法,结合工程计算实例,论述了满载启动过程中系数法、惯性力法2种启动圆周力的计算方法。经过研究得出结论,系数法的启动系数不能单凭经验来选取,应当结合惯性力法计算启动圆周力,必要时应采用动力学计算或动态分析软件计算。 In the process of full-loaded start-up and stable operation of the belt conveyor,non-slip must be satisfied so as to transfer the circumferential force caused by start-up and stable operation to the conveyor belt via the friction of the drum.Starting with the calculation of non-slip conditions of the belt conveyor,the paper researched and compared the calculation methods for the starting circumferential force in industrial standards and design manuals,and combined engineering calculation examples to discuss two calculation methods involving coefficient method and inertia force method for the starting circumferential force.The research results showed the starting coefficient of the coefficient method could not be determined only by experience,the starting circumferential force should be calculated in combination with the inertia force method,the dynamics analysis and the dynamic analysis software should be used if necessary.
