摘要
为使半自磨流程设计得更加合理,对比分析几种常见顽石返回及处理方式,最终推荐顽石在车间外返回,顽石破碎设计成带有旁路系统的活流程。对于铅锌矿(或钨矿)而言,对顽石进行X射线分选是一种较为经济的方案。
In order to make the design of semi-autogenous grinding process more reasonable,the paper compared and analyzed several common pebble return and treatment modes,and recommended the flexible process involving pebble return outside workshop and pebble crushing circuit with bypass system.For lead-zinc ore(or tungsten ore),X-ray separation of pebble was a more economical scheme.
