圆锥破碎机锥齿轮副调整方法

摘要 通过对液压圆锥破碎机大、小锥齿轮副调整过程的不断实践及探索,研究了破碎机锥齿轮齿轮副一次调整装配到位的方法以及影响破碎机大、小齿轮副啮合精度的主要因素。结果表明,传动部零部件的加工误差及装配后的累积误差能够影响大、小锥齿轮齿轮副的啮合位置,大、小锥齿轮齿轮副在实际啮合过程中由于侧隙变化也会影响实际齿面接触效果。通过测量零部件装配后的关联定位尺寸,以及计算齿侧间隙变化需要调整的小锥齿轮轴向误差,并通过多次实践性调整,能够保证侧隙达到设计要求,可以实现齿轮副一次接触精度达到设计要求。 After continuous practice and exploration on the adjustment process of the large and small bevel gear pair of the hydraulic cone crusher,the paper researched the method of assembling the bevel gear pair of the crusher in place in one time,and main factors of affecting the meshing precision of the large and small bevel gear pair of the crusher.The results showed:the machining error of the parts of the transmission unit and the accumulative error of assembled transmission unit affected the meshing location of the large and small bevel gear pair,and the actual tooth surface contact effects of the large and small bevel gear pair were affected by the variation of tooth backlash during actual meshing process.By measuring the relevant positioning size of assembled parts and calculating the axial error of the small bevel gear need to adjust according to the variation of tooth backlash,after several practical adjustment,both the backlash and the one-time contact precision of the gear pair reached the design requirement.
