摘要
采用有限元分析法研究金刚石圆锯片在加工时的应力状态、固有频率和临界载荷受转速、夹紧盘直径、锯片厚度以及锯片直径的影响规律,以此探究工艺参数与锯片加工稳定性的关系。分析表明,锯片转速、夹紧盘直径、锯片厚度和锯片直径等工艺参数均与圆锯片的动态稳定性有紧密关系。综合上述工艺参数的影响规律及实验测量结果,应尽可能选择较高的锯片转速、较大的夹紧盘直径、厚度较大及直径较小的锯片,以获取较小的应力值、较大的固有频率和临界载荷,以提升锯片动态稳定性。
The stress state,natural frequency and critical load of diamond circular saw blades are studied by finite element analysis method,which are influenced by the rotation speed,diameter of clamping disk,thickness and diameter of saw blade,so as to explore the relationship between process parameters and blade processing stability.The analysis shows that the dynamic stability of circular saw blade is closely related to the process parameters such as blade speed,clamping disk diameter,blade thickness and blade diameter.In order to improve the dynamic stability of the saw blade,the saw blade with higher speed,larger diameter of clamping disk,larger thickness and smaller diameter were selected based on the influence of the process parameters and experimental measurement results to obtain a smaller stress value,a larger natural frequency and a critical load.
