摘要
课堂评价是课堂教学的重要环节,通过课堂评价可以对师生的教学行为进行引导和改进,实现课堂教学提质增效。文章基于教育微观公平理念,探讨公平课堂所应具备的各种要素,提出通过转变课堂效果评价观念,以学生视角运用数据提高课堂评价科学性,精准定位评价对象学情等方式,引导中小学课堂向“均衡、优质、活力”微观公平课堂转变,让教师主动将关注焦点从教材的“教”转向学生的“学”,实现课堂教学的提质增效,并进一步走向学生的“生长”,最终促进每个学生潜力的充分发展和个性生长。
Classroom evaluation is an important part of classroom teaching.It can guide and improve the teaching behavior of teachers and students,and improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching.Based on the concept of micro-fairness in education,this paper discusses the various elements that a fair classroom should have,and proposes to change the evaluation concept of classroom effect,evaluate classroom in a more scientific way by using data from the perspective of students,accurately locate the learning status of evaluation objects,guide the classroom of primary and secondary schools to transform into a micro-fair classroom of"balance,quality and vitality",and let teachers take the initiative to shift their focus from the"teaching"of textbooks to the"learning"of students,so as to achieve the improvement of quality and efficiency of classroom teaching,facilitate the"growth"of students,and finally promote the full development of each student's potential and personality growth.
