摘要
职业倦怠是当代社会较为常见的一种职业疾病,教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,乡村小学英语教师更是教师职业倦怠的一类特殊群体。为从教师本身去探究小学英语教师职业倦怠的现实状况,运用质性研究方法中的叙事研究来了解L老师的大学学习、工作生活情境,通过观察、访谈、实物收集等方式来呈现L老师的故事。基于对L老师的故事的理解,思考叙述出L老师职业倦怠的动态形成过程,并从人类发展生态学的微观系统、中间系统、外观系统、宏观系统和历时系统五个维度对L老师的职业倦怠进行归因分析,最后提出纾解乡村小学英语教师职业倦怠的实践策略。
Job burnout has become a common occupational disease in the modern society.Teachers are a high-risk group of occupational burnout,among which English teachers in rural primary schools are even more special.In order to explore the current state of job burnout of teachers in rural primary schools from the perspective of teachers themselves,this study uses qualitative research method of narrative study to learn about teacher L's college study,job and life,and represents L's stories through on-site observations,interviews,and physical collections.Based on the L's story,this paper narrates the dynamic process of L's job burnout development,and conducts an attribution analysis from five dimensions of human development ecology:micro-system,intermediate system,appearance system,macro-system and diachronic system,and finally proposes practical strategies to relieve the job burnout of English teachers in rural primary schools.
