摘要
我国中小学卓越教师培养的话语研究与实践探索已历经十余年。“卓越课程”是卓越教师培养对课程的应然之义,教育强国建设背景下“卓越课程”需要进一步正本与形塑:儿童主体与社会本位双重超越的课程理念是卓越课程之“本”;强化“教”文化与体现现代性的课程逻辑是卓越课程之“道”;融合化目标与精益化评价的课程策略是卓越课程之“术”。“卓越课程”表现为一种开放、发展的形态,既有目前高校一流本科课程的精神和追求,又具有教师教育课程的自我灵魂与旨趣。
Discourse research and practical explorations of the cultivation of excellent primary and secondary school teachers have been carried out in China for over a decade.As the premise of the excellent teacher cultivation,in the context of building a leading power in education,"Curriculum for Excellence"needs to have its base reset and path reshaped:its"root"is the concept of transcending the theories of children as subjects and society as standard;its"logic"is the strengthening of the culture of"teaching"and the reflecting of the modernity;and its"art""is the strategy of integrated targets and lean evaluation.In an open and evolutionary form,"Curriculum for Excellence"adheres to the spirit and pursuit of current first-class undergraduate curricula in colleges and universities,and also possesses the self-soul and significance of teacher cultivation curricula.
