摘要
“双减”政策出台后,留守儿童作为弱势学生群体,备受社会各界关注。基于江西省11个市78个县(区)的智慧作业调查数据发现,智慧作业的使用能够有效减轻留守儿童抑郁感,一定程度上减轻心理负担;使用智慧作业使留守儿童作业完成情况更好,学生能够在校完成大部分作业,有效减轻作业负担。在校外培训负担上,智慧作业并未降低留守儿童参与学科类校外培训的意愿,校外培训负担依旧存在。基于此,必须完善政府保障机制,保证资源配置更加均衡;继续创新作业形式,实现教育资源有益补充;完善心理辅导功能,增加家长教育参与感;提高课后服务质量,拓展完善平台功能。
After the introduction of the“double reduction”policy, left-behind children, as a disadvantaged group, have attracted much attention from all walks of life. Based on the data of intelligent homework survey in78 counties(districts) in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province, this paper finds: the use of“Intelligent Homework”can effectively reduce the depression of left-behind children and reduce the psychological burden to a certain extent;the students can finish their schoolwork better because they can complete most of it in school, effectively reducing the burden of homework. In terms of off-campus training burden, the burden still exists since intelligent homework has not reduced the willingness of left-behind children to participate in off-campus training in disciplines. Based on this, this paper suggests: enhance the government guarantee mechanism to ensure a more balanced allocation of resources;innovate the forms of homework to achieve the beneficial supplementation of educational resources;improve the psychological counseling function to increase parents’ sense of involvement in education;elevate the quality of after-school services, expand and perfect platform functions.
