循证教学:英国教师教学专业化的主张与实现路径 被引量:4

Evidence-based Teaching:Claims and Pathways to Professionalization of Teacher Teaching in the UK

摘要 随着循证实践在教育领域产生的影响日益深远,以证据为导向的循证教学在英国受到了广泛关注。经过多年的发展,英国在政策层面、组织层面、评估层面和评价层面实施了多维的循证教学举措。进而展现出了循证教学对教师教学专业化的主张,建议教师参与研究获得教学证据,鼓励教师通过分析整合教学证据,期望教师使用教学证据进行科学决策,进而完成教师自我改进的终极价值追求。同时,英国也通过完善证据供应机制、开展知识动员活动、提供专业学习机会和转变教学模式等路径促进教师循证教学能力的发展。 With the growing impact of evidence-based practice in education,evidence-based teaching has received widespread attention in the UK.After years of development,the UK has implemented multidimensional evidence-based teaching initiatives at the policy level,organizational level,assessment level and evaluation level.As a result,it has demonstrated the advocacy of evidence-based teaching for the professionalization of teachers’teaching,suggested teachers to participate in research to obtain teaching evidence,encouraged teachers to integrate teaching evidence through analysis,and expected teachers to use teaching evidence to make scientific decisions,thus fulfilling the ultimate value of teachers’self-improvement pursuit.At the same time,the UK also promotes the development of teachers’capacity for evidence-based teaching by improving the mechanism of evidence supply,conducting knowledge mobilization activities,providing professional learning opportunities and transforming teaching models.
