某铜矿5.5万t磨浮系统工艺改造实践 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高目的矿物的回收率,针对某铜矿矿石中有用矿物嵌布粒度微细,大量含铜连生体在浮选系统内循环的问题进行了浮选流程考察。考察结果表明:1系列粗选1精矿铜品位为18%~20%,可直接作为最终精矿产出;通过对扫选1精矿、1系列精选2精矿及2系列精选3精矿开展再磨浮选试验研究证明,扫选1中矿再磨后浮选,作业回收率可提高10个百分点,1系列铜精选2精矿及2系列铜精选3精矿进行预先分级后再磨精选可提高铜品位3个百分点;流程技改完成后,两系列精扫尾矿直接输送至球磨机泵池可减少水量约300 m3,有效降低了对粗选流程的冲击,精矿品位由18%提升至约20%,选矿回收率由87.80%提升至89.83%。 In order to improve the recovery rate of target minerals,the flotation process was investigat⁃ed for the problem that a large number of copper-containing intergrowths were circulated in the flotation sys⁃tem due to the fine dissemination of useful minerals in a copper mine.The results show that the copper grade of concentrate in one stage roughing of series one is 18%~20%,which can be directly used as final concen⁃trate;through the research on regrinding flotation test of concentrate in one stage scavenging,concentrate in two stage cleaning of series one and concentrate in three stage cleaning of series two,it is proved that the flo⁃tation recovery rate can be increased by ten percentage points through regrinding flotation on middling of one stage scavenging,copper grade can be increased by three percentage points through pre-classification and regrinding concentrate on concentrate in two stage cleaning of series one and concentrate in three stage cleaning of series two.After the technological transformation of the process is completed,the two series of cleaning for scavenging tailings are directly transported to the ball mill pump pool,which can reduce the wa⁃ter volume by about 300 m3,effectively reducing the impact on the roughing process.The concentrate grade is increased from 18%to about 20%,and the recovery rate is increased from 87.80%to 89.83%.
