摘要
为使FV-1200立轴冲击式破碎机能够在高转速的工作状态下平稳运行,针对该设备的使用工况及其在运行状态下因承受物料冲击力和离心力对主机破碎腔及电机座产生振动影响等问题,通过对FV-1200立轴冲击式破碎机的工作原理、结构形式等特征的研究,有针对性地进行了减振系统设计以及三维软件的辅助分析,进而得到了减振垫的压缩变形量的分析结果。最后将该分析结果与工业测试试验结果进行了对比印证,得出了该分析结果的有效性,说明该减振系统符合设计要求,可为后续优化设计和设备平稳运行提供参考依据。
In order to make the FV-1200 vertical shaft impact crusher run smoothly under the work⁃ing condition of high speed,aiming at the working condition of the equipment and its vibration influence on the crushing cavity and motor seat of the main engine due to the impact force and centrifugal force of the material under the running state,through the research on the working principle and structural form of the FV-1200 vertical shaft impact crusher,the design of the vibration reduction system and the auxiliary analy⁃sis of the three-dimensional software are carried out,and the analysis results of the compression deforma⁃tion of the vibration reduction pad are obtained.Finally,the analysis results are compared with the industri⁃al test results,and the validity of the analysis results is obtained.It shows that the vibration reduction sys⁃tem meets the design requirements,which can provide reference for the subsequent optimization design and the smooth operation of the equipment.
