典型摇床设备介绍及应用现状分析

Introduction and Application Status of Typical Shaker Equipments

随着矿石品位的不断降低,为了获得合格的精矿产品,各类选矿工艺及设备不断进步与发展,针对重选中摇床选矿绿色环保、设备简单的优势,大力发展摇床选矿、推动高效的摇床设备更新,并结合我国摇床设备研究现状,分析探讨了6-S摇床、弹簧摇床、悬挂式多层摇床、云锡式摇床、台浮摇床等典型摇床类型,以及影响摇床分选指标的因素,根据矿山摇床的一些应用实践,概述了摇床设备的应用现状,分析了摇床应用中存在的问题,为摇床设备的发展提供支持。

With the continuous reduction of ore grade,in order to obtain qualified mineral process⁃ing products,the various mineral processing process and equipment are continuous being updated and im⁃proved.In view of the advantages of green environmental protection and simple equipment of shaker benefi⁃ciation in gravity separation,shaker beneficiation is vigorously developed and efficient shaker is promoted.Combined with the research status of shaker in China,the typical shaker types such as 6-S shaker,spring shaker,suspension multi-layer shaker,Yunnxi type shaker,table floating shaker and the factors affecting the sorting index of shaker were analyzed and discussed.According to some application practice of mine shaker,the application status of shaker is summarized,and the problems in shaker application are ana⁃lyzed,provide support for development of shaker equipment in mineral processing.
