摘要 露天矿山是以剥采为核心、搬运为纽带的大型生产企业,设备的使用效率和生产组织水平很大程度上决定了企业效益。介绍了露天矿山智能卡车调度系统的构成、智能调度关键技术以及卡调系统实际应用效果,基于新一代的无线通信技术、高精度定位技术、智能车载终端装备和线性规划理论,建立矿山的车流规划数学模型,以车辆数量一定的前提下实现产量最大为原则,完成各个最优路径上的车流计算,进而实现露天卡车高效率自由调度的目标。露天矿山智能卡调系统与数字采矿软件平台的配矿信息和生产计划信息进行统一规划调度,可实现矿山出矿品位的稳定。露天矿山智能卡车调度系统的未来发展方向是无人化露天开采,但是还需要进一步提升高精度定位技术、智能危险感知技术、通信技术和矿山其它系统的协同作业技术水平。 Open-pit mine is a large-scale production enterprise with stripping as the core and han⁃dling as the link.The efficiency of equipment and the level of production organization largely determine the benefits of the enterprise.The composition of intelligent truck dispatching system in open-pit mine,the key technology of intelligent dispatching and the practical application effect of card dispatching system are introduced.Based on the new generation of wireless communication technology,high-precision positioning technology,intelligent vehicle terminal equipment and linear programming theory,the mathematical model of mine traffic flow planning is established,and the traffic flow calculation on each optimal path is complet⁃ed on the principle of realizing the maximum output under the premise of a certain number of vehicles,So as to achieve the goal of efficient and free dispatching of open-air trucks.The intelligent card dispatching system of open-pit mine and the ore blending information and production plan information of digital mining software platform can realize the stability of mine ore grade.The future development direction of intelligent truck dispatching system in open-pit mine is unmanned open-pit mining,but it is also necessary to further improve the collaborative operation technology level of high-precision positioning technology,intelligent hazard perception technology,communication technology and other mine systems.
