摘要
为了进一步提升钼精矿中主次量元素定量检测技术的便利性和选择性,针对钼精矿中钼、铜、铁、硅、铅、钙等元素,采用X射线荧光光谱内标法,对仪器工作条件、标准曲线制作、称样量确定、氧化剂选择、熔剂选择、内标元素的加入等技术问题进行了试验研究,并对方法的准确度和精密度进行了验证,系统建立了利用X射线荧光光谱内标法一次性定量测定钼精矿中主次元素的技术方法。研究结果表明,该方法测定钼精矿中主次量元素钼、铜、铁、硅、铅、钙的精密度分别达到0.14%,2.39%,0.86%,0.47%,0.91%,0.65%,方法操作便利,检测结果可靠。
In order to further improve the convenience and selectivity of quantitative detection tech⁃nology of major and minor elements in molybdenum concentrate,aiming at molybdenum,copper,iron,sil⁃icon,lead,calcium and other elements in molybdenum concentrate,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in⁃ternal standard method was used to study the technical problems such as instrument working conditions,standard curve making,sample weight determination,oxidant selection,flux selection and internal stan⁃dard element addition.The accuracy and precision of the method were verified,and the technical method of one-time quantitative determination of major and minor elements in molybdenum concentrate by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry internal standard method was systematically established.The results show that the precision of this method for the determination of molybdenum,copper,iron,silicon,lead and calcium in molybdenum concentrate is 0.14%,2.39%,0.86%,0.47%,0.91%and 0.65%,respectively.The meth⁃od is convenient and the test results are reliable.
