降低中长距离尾矿输送系统故障率实践应用

摘要 为解决尾矿中长距离输送过程中系统故障率偏高对生产连续性产生的影响,姑山矿业公司精尾工段通过一系列技术改造、设备优化、岗位技能提升及各岗位信息共享等措施,实现年故障时长大幅下降,部分年度零故障运行,为尾矿系统的正常运行提供了基础保障,极大地缓解了尾矿输送压力。 In order to solve the influence of the high failure rate of the system on the production con⁃tinuity in the process of medium and long distance transportation of tailings,the fine tailings section of Gushan Mining Company has realized the long-term decline,some annual zero-fault operation through a se⁃ries of technical transformation,equipment optimization,post skill improvement and information sharing of each post,provides a basic guarantee for the normal operation of the tailings system,and greatly alleviates the pressure of tailings transportation.
