摘要
犬桡尺骨骨折大多因交通工具撞击或从高处跌落等引起。桡尺骨骨折引起动物剧烈疼痛、骨折部位软组织肿胀、跛行等症状。外固定支架是指数个固定针经皮肤贯穿皮质骨,锚定在两骨折段的远心端和近心端,再使用连接杆及固定夹皮外连接固定针,从而发挥固定骨折断端的作用。论文报道了1例犬桡尺骨骨折接骨板内固定失败,继而使用外固定支架治疗的过程。结果表明,X射线检查患犬骨折愈合良好,大体观察运动功能完全恢复;虽然外固定支架二次固定延长了恢复期,但具有良好的临床适用性,可供广大宠物诊疗从业者借鉴和应用。
Canine radioulnar fractures are mostly caused by vehicle impact or dropping from a higher place.Radioulnar fracture causes severe pain,soft tissue swelling,lameness and other symptoms.External fixation stent is utilized for the treatment of fracture by using percutaneous fixator pins,which are penetrated and then anchored in dense cortical bones both from distal and proximal fracture fragments,and assembling the fixator pins with connecting rods and fixing clips outside skin.Here,we reported a case of external fixation for the treatment of canine distal radioulnar fracture after the failure of internal fixation with plate.The results showed that the process of fracture healing and motor function recovery was going smoothly,which was confirmed by a series of periodic X-ray examinations.Despite of the delayed recovery from the second treatment with external fixation,the method is applicable clinically,and it should be adopted by the majority of pet practitioners for the treatment of fracture in canine.
