摘要
近几年来,因现场人员误操作或管理不当引起的电解槽事故频发。铝电解系列应急短路母线系统的设计,可在电解槽事故中及时将事故槽短接掉,缩小事故影响范围,降低因事故对企业带来的经济损失,具有重大的经济效益和社会效益。根据事故类型及事故影响范围的差异要求,应急短路母线系统可以分为中间槽“跨槽”应急短路母线、中间槽“单槽”应急短路母线、端头槽“单槽”应急短路母线共计三种类型。
In recent years,there are frequent electrolytic cell accidents caused by personnel misoperation or improper management.The design of aluminium electrolysis emergency short circuit bus system can shorten the accident cell in time in electrolytic cell accident,reduce the scope of the accident,reduce the economic loss caused by the accident to the enterprise,and has great economic and social benefits.According to the different requirements of the accident type and the affected area of the accident,the emergency short-circuit bus system can be divided into three types:middle cell"cross cell"emergency short-circuit bus,middle cell"single cell"emergency short-circuit bus and end cell"single cell"emergency short-circuit bus.
