摘要 矿井提升机是矿山井上和井下两者相互联系的一个非常重要的设备,矿井提升机是整个矿山的咽喉设备。在矿山生产作业中,矿山是矿井提升机主要的使用范围,还包括提放人员、材料和设备等多个方面的内容,所以在日常工作中迫切需要提升机电控装置的技术和提高机电控装置的性能,因为性能跟技术会直接影响到矿山生产的效率,矿山生产的安全,矿山生产工作的整体发展水平则通过矿山提升机的发展水平来反映。对于提升机设备来说,如果是改造前的,那么提升机设备的调速性能则非常的差,并且对应极低的控制精度,无法从根本上满足安全保护的需求,并且缺乏完善的监测换机。所以对于这个类型的提升机设备,可靠性低的同时还需要耗费复杂、繁多的维护工作量,并且运行经济性也非常的差。现如今,矿山深度一年一年越来越深,在实际下矿的时候,提升机是必不可少的一个设备。因此,我们需要结合实际情况的需求,从根本上改善矿山提升机,以此满足日常工作的需求。 The mine hoist is a very important equipment that connects the mine shaft and underground.The mine hoist is the throat equipment of the whole mine.In mine production and operation,the mine is the main use range of mine hoists,which also includes lifting personnel,materials and equipment.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the technology of electromechanical control devices and improve the performance of electromechanical control devices in daily work,because the performance and technology will directly affect the efficiency of mine production and the safety of mine production,The overall development level of mine production is reflected by the development level of mine hoist.For the hoist equipment,if it is before the transformation,the speed regulation performance of the hoist equipment is very poor,and the corresponding control accuracy is very low,which can not fundamentally meet the needs of safety protection,and there is a lack of perfect monitoring and replacement.Therefore,for this type of hoist equipment,the reliability is low,but it also needs to consume complex and numerous maintenance workload,and the operation economy is also very poor.Nowadays,the depth of the mine is getting deeper and deeper year by year.When the mine is actually lowered,the hoist is an indispensable equipment.Therefore,we need to fundamentally improve the mine hoist according to the needs of the actual situation,so as to meet the needs of daily work.
