摘要
随着江铜集团贵溪冶炼厂对降本增效、节能减排的日益重视,电解净液引进MVR蒸发技术浓缩硫酸铜溶液。初投入运行以来,不断调节技术参数,系统稳定运行,产生优质硫酸铜。本文介绍MVR技术优势及在真空蒸发工序中,对蒸发温度、压缩机频率、蒸发浓缩终点等工艺条件进行调整以达到蒸发最优。
With the increasing emphasis on cost reduction,energy saving and emission reduction in Guixi smelter of Jiangtong group,MVR evaporation technology was introduced to concentrate copper sulfate solution.Since the initial operation,continuously adjust technical parameters,stable operation of the system,producing high-quality copper sulfate.This paper introduces the advantages of MVR technology and the process conditions such as evaporating temperature,compressor frequency and evaporating concentration end point in the vacuum evaporation process.
