根据民爆行业“十四五”时期的安全发展规划和相关文件要求,结合民爆企业安全生产管理的现状,提出构建民爆行业安全生产体系化、标准化、数字化、智能化、安全本质化的“五化”管理模式,并探讨分析推行“五化”安全生产管理模式的工作要点和具体措施,为相关人员提供参考。

According to the safety development plan and relevant document requirements of the civil explosive industry during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,combined with the current situation of safety production management of civil explosive enterprises,the“Five Modernizations”management mode of the civil explosive industry is proposed.The“Five Modernizations”refers to the systematization,standardization,digitization,intelligence and essential safety.Moreover,the key points and specific measures of implementing the“Five Modernizations”safety production management mode are discussed and analyzed,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
