浅析起爆具自动化生产工艺设备安全风险及对策措施

Analysis on safety risks and countermeasures of automatic production process equipment of initiation materials

为进一步提高起爆具自动化生产线的本质安全水平,从原材料使用、熔注药生产设备、工艺技术控制3个方面对起爆具自动化生产工艺设备安全风险的产生原因和机理进行了分析,并提出相应的对策措施,实现安全生产。

In order to further improve the essential safety level of the automatic production line of initiation materials,in this paper,the reasons and mechanism of safety risk of automatic production process equipment of initiation materials are analyzed from three aspects:usage of raw material,production equipment and process technology control.And it puts forward the corresponding countermeasure to realize safety production.
