摘要 进入智能时代,开发满足老年人学习需求的智能技术类课程是积极应对人口老龄化的重要内容,也是切实解决老年人智能手机运用困难,帮助其快速融入数字生活的重要途径。为摸清老年人智能手机课程学习需求现状,采用问卷调查法对G省G市11区2,004名参与老年教育的学员进行了调研,结果发现,由于时间有限、观望心态、畏难情绪等原因,老年学员智能手机课程学习参与度较低;大部分老年学员具有一定的智能手机使用基础,但在年龄与性别上具有显著差异;老年学员对智能手机课程内容学习需求和教学方式需求趋于多样化。为调动老年学员智能手机课程参与积极性,消弭其智能技术学习障碍,需从以下几方面入手:运用互联网思维,扩大课程资源有效供给;探索多主体协同机制,帮助老年群体共享数字红利;聚焦生活化场景主题,建立多层级课程群;注重多元化教学,坚持学用结合,提升老年群体数字素养。 In the intelligence era, developing intelligent technology curriculums to meet the learning needs of the elderly is significant to actively cope with the aging of the population, and it is also an important way to effectively solve the difficulties of the elderly in using smartphones and help them speed up integration into digital life. In order to find out the current demand for smartphone curriculums for the elderly, this study used a questionnaire to investigate 2004 elderly learners in 11 districts of G city in G Province. The results showed that the participation rate of the elderly learners in smartphone curriculums was low due to time, mentality and so on. Most elderly learners have the basic ability to use a smartphone, but there are significant differences in age and gender.The needs of the elderly learners for the contents and teaching methods of smartphone curriculums tend to be diversified. In order to motivate the elderly learners to participate in smartphone curriculums and eliminate their barriers to intelligent technology learning, we need to start from the following aspects: we should use the internet thinking to expand the adequate supply of curriculum resources, explore multi-party coordination mechanism to help the elderly share the digital dividend, focus on the life scenarios and establish a multi-level curriculums group,attach importance to diversified teaching methods and strengthen the integration of theory and practice, and improve the digital literacy of the elderly.
