丙氨酸浸种对水稻发芽及幼苗生长和养分元素含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究不同质量浓度丙氨酸浸种对水稻种子的萌发及秧苗的生长发育和体内养分元素含量的影响。方法:以水稻品种“南粳46”为供试材料,分别选用0%、0.1%、1%丙氨酸溶液对水稻种子进行浸种后催芽培养,测定种子的发芽势与发芽率,秧苗的株高、根长、质量、根鲜重和根干重,以及秧苗地上部与地下部中的P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn的含量。结果:与对照组相比,0.1%和1%丙氨酸浸种均降低了种子的发芽势与发芽率。0.1%丙氨酸浸种较空白对照显著增加了秧苗的株高、根长、质量、根鲜重和根干重,而1%丙氨酸溶液只显著增加了秧苗的根长、质量、根鲜重以及根干重。0.1%和1%丙氨酸浸种均能够提高秧苗地上部与地下部中养分元素的含量,质量浓度越高,提升效果越显著。结论:本实验选取的2个质量浓度的丙氨酸溶液对水稻种子的萌发产生负影响,但其对秧苗的生长发育和体内养分元素的含量均有显著的正影响。因此,采用0.1%丙氨酸进行水稻浸种更能够促进水稻秧苗的生长和发育。 Objective:To study the effect of different mass concentrations of alanine on the germination of rice seeds,the growth and development of seedlings and the nutrient content in the body.Methods:The rice variety“Nanjing 46”was used as the test material.Three different concentrations of alanine solution(0%,0.1%,and 1%)were used to stimulate the germination of rice seeds after soaking.The germination potential and germination rate of seeds,plant height,root length,weight,root fresh weight and root dry weight of the seedlings,and the contents of P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in the aboveground and underground parts of the seedlings were measured.Results:Compared with the control group,0.1%and 1%concentrations of alanine decreased the germination potential and germination rate of seeds.The plant height,root length,root weight,root fresh weight and root dry weight of the seedlings were significantly increased by 0.1%alanine solution compared with the blank control,while the root length,root weight,root fresh weight and root dry weight of the seedlings were only significantly increased by 1%alanine solution.Seed soaking with 0.1%and 1%alanine could increase the contents of nutrient elements in the aboveground and underground parts of seedlings.The higher the concentration,the more obvious the improvement effect.Conclusion:The two mass concentrations of alanine solutions selected in this experiment had negative effects on the germination of rice seeds,but they had significant positive effects on the growth and development of seedlings and the content of nutrients in vivo.Therefore,this paper recommends the use of 0.1%mass concentration of alanine for rice seed dipping experiments.
