摘要 目的:分析农产品包装设计知识图谱,预测发展趋势。方法:从检索文献的发文量、作者、作者单位、发表期刊、关键词等入手,采用CiteSpace平台对中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的有关农产品包装设计的相关期刊文献,进行知识图谱可视化分析。结果:检索最终纳入364篇研究文献,2018年后发文量呈急速增长趋势。网络知识图谱分析显示,涉及到的作者的发文量比较低,作者间的合作交流较少;研究机构众多,但彼此之间合作程度较弱,未形成较强且广泛的合作网络关系;基金资助量最多的是教育部人文社会科学研究项目,地方基金项目提供的资助相对较少;发表该主题的期刊多为《包装工程》等专业期刊,综合类期刊发文较少。关键词分析结果显示,该主题的研究热点集中于“包装设计”“农产品”“包装”;而“乡村振兴”“助农产品”“信息传播”“交互理念”等预计将成为未来农产品包装设计研究的的主要趋势。结论:本研究领域作者和单位之间互作交联程度较低,需要从跨学科、跨区域建立多个研究单位间密切合作关系,研究热点聚集于农产品包装设计与消费者等方面。本研究为服务“三地一区”农产品包装设计提供参考。 Objective:To analyze the knowledge map of agricultural product packaging design to predict the development trend.Methods:CiteSpace platform was used to visually analyze the knowledge map of key topics such as the number of documents,authors,author units,published journals,keywords and so on.Results:364 research literatures were finally included in the retrieval of agricultural product packaging design database,and the number of published documents showed a rapid growth trend after 2018.The analysis of network knowledge map shows that the amount of papers published by the authors involved is relatively low,and there is less cooperation and exchange among the authors.There are many research institutions,but the degree of cooperation between them is weak,and a strong and extensive cooperative network relationship has not been formed.In terms of fund support,the largest amount of support is the humanities and social sciences research project of the Ministry of education,and the support provided by local fund projects is relatively small.Most of the journals that publish this topic are professional journals such as packaging engineering,and there are few papers in comprehensive journals.The results of keyword analysis show that the research hotspots of this topic focus on“packaging design”“agricultural products”and“packaging”.Key words such as“rural revitalization”“helping agricultural products”“information dissemination”and“interactive concept”are expected to become the main trend of packaging design research of agricultural products in the future.Conclusion:The degree of interaction and cross-linking between the authors and units in this research field is low.It is necessary to establish a closer cooperative relationship among multiple research units from interdisciplinary and cross regions.The research focus is on the packaging design of agricultural products and consumers.This study provides a reference for serving the packaging design of agricultural products in“three places and one area”.
