基于高速公路收费数据和交调站数据的省域公路网OD生成技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 省域公路网OD信息是进行省域公路网规划的重要基础数据。传统获取公路网OD表的方法是通过机动车OD调查,需要耗费大量的人力和物力。随着我国高速公路收费站、门架和普通国省道交调站点的建设与完善,目前能够获取高质量的高速公路收费数据和交调数据,为通过大数据手段获取省域公路网OD表提供了可能。本文提出了一种基于高速公路收费收据和交调站数据的省域公路网OD生成方法。该方法首先通过高速公路收费数据获得高速公路收费站之间的OD信息,然后通过交通分配获得高速公路的路段交通量。接下来,结合高速公路路段交通量和普通国省道交调站数据,基于TransCAD平台,采用OD反推的方法,获取省域公路网OD表。最后,采用云南省公路网作为实例进行验证,验证表明该方法获取的OD表具有较高的精度。该方法成本低,可以应用于省域范围公路网的OD生成,具有一定的实践价值。 Provincial highway OD matrix is a key data for the planning of a provincial highway network planning.Traditional methods to obtain provincial highway OD matrix is to conduct a large scale vehicle OD survey,which costs a large amount of money and needs a lot of surveyors.With the construction of freeway toll stations and traffic count stations,now China can collect highway quality freeway toll data and highway traffic count data.This paper developed a method for generating provincial highway OD matrix using freeway toll data and highway traffic count data.The method first obtains the freeway OD matrix between toll stations based on the freeway toll data;using traffic assignment,freeway OD matrix is assign to freeway network to obtain traffic data on freeway segments.Then,based on the traffic data on freeway segments and highway traffic count data,using TransCAD,OD estimation technique is used to obtain the provincial highway OD matrix.The proposed method was demonstrated using highway network of Yunnan Province.The results showed that the method can be well applied to generate provincial highway OD matrix and has the advantages of low cost and high accuracy.
