Xi Jinping’s View on global governance is a complete set of ideological and theoretical systems,the fundamental guidelines and ideological principles guiding China’s participation and promotion of global governance practices,and a contemporary China’s plans of global governance.Xi Jinping’s View on global governance has complied with the requirements for reforms of Great Change unseen in a century,actively responded to the needs of governance deficits and crises facing current global governance,and highlighted China’s national strength and governance responsibility for peaceful development.It has a profound foundation of the times and realistic basis.The connotation of its theoretical system includes nine main aspects:adhering to the basic principles of extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits;actively promoting the reform of global governance regime;putting forward new ideas and solutions for perfect global governance;promoting the construction of an open and inclusive global economic governance system;and actively promoting and leading developing governance;actively promoting governance cooperation in the field of global issues;actively participating in and striving for the construction of governance rules in emerging fields;attaching great importance to capacity building and talent training in the field of global governance,and building a community with a shared future for mankind.Xi Jinping’s View on global governance contains a series of core values such as fairness and rationality,win-win cooperation,taking into account justice and interests,and putting justice first.It has important theoretical significance and practical value for us to expand the principle of global democratic consultation in theory and practice,and to enrich China’s international relations theory.
