摘要
目的了解2018-2019年江阴市流感样病例(influenza like illness,ILI)常见呼吸道病毒感染状况,为制定江阴市常见呼吸道病毒传染病防控提供参考依据.方法收集2018-2019年江阴市流感监测数据,采用实时荧光PCR方法检测ILI咽拭子8种17种亚型呼吸道病毒.结果2018-2019年江阴市年均ILI%为7.51%,其中<5岁组比例最高,ILI具有明显的季节性.采集1044例ILI咽拭子样品,样品检出阳性454份,阳性率为43.49%.流感病毒和腺病毒是优势病原,阳性率分别为40.97%和27.53%.双重混合感染23份,占阳性样本总数的5.07%.不同性别人群呼吸道病毒总检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.23,P>0.05);不同年龄人群甲型流感[influenza A(H3N2),FluA(H3N2)]、乙型流感[FluB(Yamgata)]、乙型流感[FluB(Victory)]、呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)、腺病毒(adenovirus,ADV)5种病毒的检出阳性率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同季节人群副流感病毒(parainfluenza virus,PIV-1)、副流感病毒(parainfluenza virus,PIV-4)、人博卡病毒(human bocavirus,hBoV)、冠状病毒(coronaviridae,HCoV)、冠状病毒亚型(coronaviridae,HCoV-229)检出阳性率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论Flu、ADV、PIV、RSV、HCoV是2018-2019年江阴市人群呼吸道病毒感染的主要病原体,流行高峰季节为冬、春季,<5、5~<15岁组人群为江阴市呼吸道病毒感染防控的重点人群,应在流感防控的同时,做好其他常见呼吸道病毒感染防控工作.
Objective To understand the common respiratory virus infections of influenza like illness cases in Jiangyin City from2018-2019,provide the references for developing the strategies of prevention and control of common respiratory virus infections in Jiangyin City. Methods The influenza surveillance data in Jiangyin City from 2018-2019 were collected. The real-time fluorescent PCR was used to detect 17 subtypes of eight respiratory viruses from pharyngeal swabs of influenza like illness(ILI) cases. Results The average annual ILI% in Jiangyin City from 2018-2019 was 7.51%,and the proportion in <5 year-old group was the highest.ILI had obvious seasonality. The 1 044 pharyngeal swabs were collected and 454 were positive with the positive rate of 43.49%.Influenza virus and adenovirus were dominant pathogens,and the positive rate was 40.97% and 27.53% respectively. There were23 samples of mixed infection,accounted for 5.07% of total positive samples. There was no statistically significant difference in total detection rate of respiratory virus between sex groups (χ^(2)=0.23,P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the positive rates of influenza A(H3N2) [FluA(H3N2)],FluB(Yamgata),FluB(Victory),respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) and adenovirus(ADV) among different age groups(all P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the positive rates of parainfluenza virus(PIV-1),parainfluenza virus(PIV-4),human bocavirus(hBoV),coronaviridae(HCoV) and coronaviridae(HCoV-229) among four seasons(all P>0.05). Conclusion Flu,ADV,PIV,RSV and HCoV are the the dominant pathogens of the respiratory virus infections in Jiangyin City from 2018-2019,the peak seasons are winter and spring,children aged <5 and 5~<15years old are key population of respiratory virus infection prevention and control in Jiangyin City,and it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of other respiratory pathogens while paying attention to the prevention and control of influenza.
