恶性肿瘤幸存者病耻感相关研究进展

Research progress on stigma of cancer survivors

随着医疗技术的发展,恶性肿瘤患者生存率有所提升,恶性肿瘤幸存者心理状态值得关注.病耻感作为一种被标签化、歧视、疏离回避的内心羞耻体验,严重影响患者的生活质量及心理健康.我们对恶性肿瘤幸存者病耻感相关研究进展进行综述,阐述恶性肿瘤幸存者病耻感现状、测量工具及其影响因素,总结相关干预措施,旨在为后续研究提供借鉴.

With the development of medical technology,the survival rate of cancer patients has improved,and the psychological state of cancer survivors deserves attention. As an inner shame experience that is labeled,discriminated,alienated and avoided,the stigma seriously affects the quality of life and mental health of patients. We summarize the researches on the stigma of cancer survivors,expound the current situation,measurement tools and influencing factors of the stigma of cancer survivors,and summarize the relevant intervention measures,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research.
