桡动脉穿刺置管是临床常用技术之一,是一项重要的监测手段.小儿动脉的解剖特点增加了穿刺置管的操作难度.超声引导技术为小儿桡动脉穿刺置管提供了较大帮助但仍存在较多困难.文章总结现有文献,介绍不同超声引导下小儿桡动脉穿刺置管方法的应用、穿刺置管相关并发症及超声引导技术在小儿桡动脉穿刺置管中的局限性,并对未来的发展提出思考.

Radial artery catheterization is one of the common clinical techniques.It is also an important monitoring method.The special anatomical structure of pediatric artery increases the dfficulty of operation.Ultrasound-guided technology provides great help for radial artery catheterization in children.This paper summarizes the current literature,introduces the application of dfferent ultrasound-guided methods for radial artery catheterization in children,the related complications and the limitations of ultrasound-guided techniques for radial artery catheterization in children,and puts forward some thoughts on future development.
