摘要
折臂式汽车起重机作为一种特殊的起重吊装设备,主要用于厂房内设备安装。设备的安装就位可通过折臂式起重机的带载伸缩功能实现。起重臂作为折臂式起重机的重要结构部件,直接决定带载伸缩能力。市场上,一些起重机带载伸缩时常发生筒体擦臂故障的情况,或存在推力不足问题。因此,研究起重臂结构,提出一种合理的筒体间隙设计方法和伸臂推力计算方法,排除擦臂和推力不足的发生风险,从而设计较好的折臂式起重机。
As a special lifting equipment,the folding arm truck crane is mainly used for the installation of equipment in the workshop.The installation of equipment is realized by the folding arm crane with load expansion.As an important structural component of jib crane,the boom directly determines the capacity of expansion and expansion with load.In the market,some cranes with load expansion often occur cylinder wipe arm failure,or there is insufficient thrust problem.In this paper,the crane structure is studied,and a reasonable design method of cylinder clearance and calculation method of thrust force of outrigger are put forward,so as to eliminate the risk of insufficient thrust and erasers from the design stage,so as to design and produce a good jib crane.
