摘要
因为传统的随钻测量仪器无法通过超短半径水平井的造斜段,所以只能通过补测方式获取井眼轨迹或者放弃井眼轨迹测量。本文设计了一种适用于超短半径钻井的近钻头测斜仪,关键技术是在高振动高转速环境下加速度测量功能和小型化承压结构的实现。经测试验证,该测斜仪功能和性能满足井下作业要求。
Because the traditional Measurement-While-Drilling(MWD)instrument can not pass through the deflecting section of ultra-short radius horizontal wells,it can only measure wellbore trajectory by supplementary measurement or give up the borehole trajectory measurement.In this paper,a near-bit inclinometer suitable for ultra-short radius drilling is designed,the key technology in this design is the realization of acceleration measurement function and miniaturized pressure bearing structure in high vibration and high revolution speed environment.The test shows that the function and performance of the inclinometer satisfy the requirements of drilling engineering.
