Improvement and Verification of Oil Leakage of Input Labyrinth Seal of Monorail Gearbox

单轨齿轮箱在正线运营时,输入轴迷宫密封位置漏油。针对漏油现象进行原因分析,提出改进措施,并对改进措施进行台架试验验证和装车运营验证。结果表明,改进措施有效,解决了齿轮箱输入轴迷宫位置的漏油问题。

When the monorail gearbox is operating on the main line,the oil leakage at the labyrinth seal position of the input shaft is analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward.The bench test verification and loading operation verification of the improvement measures are carried out.The verification results show that the improvement measures are effective and solve the oil leakage at the labyrinth position of the input shaft of the gearbox.
