松散回潮机智能单机系统的研究与应用

摘要 在松散回潮设备的基础上,通过加装关键感知及提升器件,为智能控制提供前置的必要条件。基于“机理+数据驱动”模式进行数学建模,设计基于模型的智能控制算法,可实现回潮过程的综合最优化和自动化,提升自控水平和产品质量。针对设备建立全面的专家知识体系,通过与管理端的信息融合和便捷交互设计,提升业务人员运维的查询、处理速度,提高工作效率。将设备的监视与控制全面三维可视化设计,可充分发挥三维可视化在交互方面的优势,形成集精准状态感知、可视化信息查询、数据透视于一体的综合性和智能化管控平台。 On the basis of the loose moisture recovery equipment,the key sensing and lifting devices are added to provide the prerequisite conditions for the intelligent control.Mathematical modeling was carried out based on the“mechanism+data driven”mode,and an intelligent control algorithm based on the model was designed to realize the comprehensive optimization and automation of the moisture recovery process,thus improving the level of automatic control and product quality.Establish a comprehensive expert knowledge system for the equipment,through information fusion and convenient interaction design with the management end,improve the inquiry and processing speed and effect of the operation and maintenance of business personnel,and improve the work efficiency.The monitoring and control of the equipment is designed in a comprehensive three-dimensional visualization,and the advantages of three-dimensional visualization in interaction are given full play to form a comprehensive and intelligent management and control platform integrating accurate state perception,visual information query and data perspective.
