活塞外圆横向纵向型线加工技术分析

摘要 内燃机中,活塞是十分重要的零部件。其中,气缸内气体燃烧所产生的压力会推动活塞运动,使其将动能传递给轴承,从而给设备带来动力。然而,在实际运行过程中,受到机械负荷和热负荷的影响,活塞往往会出现变形等问题。为确保在变形之后其和气缸壁之间依然能保持合理间隙,设计活塞时必须考虑其外圆。活塞外圆一般是中凸变椭圆形,无论是纵向型线还是横向型线,都对精度有着极高要求。基于此,以横纵向型线的加工技术为核心,重点探析其外圆加工质量控制。 Piston is a very important part in internal combustion engine.Among them,the pressure generated by gas combustion in the cylinder will push the piston to move,making it transfer kinetic energy to the bearing,so as to bring some power to the equipment.However,in the actual operation process,due to the influence of mechanical load and thermal load,the piston often has deformation and other problems.In order to maintain a reasonable gap between the piston and the cylinder wall after deformation,its outer circle must be considered in the piston design.The outer circle of the piston is generally convex to oval,and both the longitudinal profile and transverse profile have high requirements for accuracy.Based on this,this paper focuses on the processing technology of transverse and longitudinal profile,and focuses on the quality control of its outer circle processing.
