摘要
实际生产中,为了达到较高的装配精度,通常要利用高端数控设备加工精密零件。若无高精度的数控设备,零件在装配过程中可能会存在配合问题。针对这一问题,在原有连接件的基础上,提出了一种台阶轴类零件的连接件改进方法。结果显示,改进效果显著,可在实际生产过程中利用普通机床生产出满足高精度连接件要求的产品。
In actual production,in order to achieve high assembly accuracy,high-end CNC equipment is usually used to process precision parts.Without high-precision CNC equipment,parts may have matching problems in the assembly process.To solve this problem,based on the original connector,an improved method of connector for stepped shaft parts is proposed in this paper.The improvement effect is remarkable,and the products meeting the requirements of high-precision connectors can also be produced by using ordinary machine tools in the actual production process.
