摘要
在数控领域,高精度五轴联动加工集计算机控制与伺服技术于一体,是一种先进的制造技术。基于五轴加工原理和MACH3控制软件,通过MACH3控制板将数控代码转化为驱动各轴运动的输出脉冲,并通过PC并口输出脉冲信号给步进电机驱动器,从而驱动步进电机运转,实现五轴联动加工的教学型桌面式数控机床。
In the field of numerical control,high-precision five axis machining is an advanced manufacturing technology,which integrates computer control and servo technology.Based on the five axis machining principle and MACH3 control software,the numerical control code is converted into the output pulse driving the movement of each axis through the MACH3 control board,and the pulse signal is output to the stepper motor driver through the PC parallel port,so as to drive the stepper motor to run,so as to realize the teaching desktop CNC machine tool of five axis linkage machining.
