城市轨道交通车辆智能运维现状分析及启示 被引量:4

摘要 在“交通强国、交通强省”背景下,顺应时代发展趋势,响应我国战略部署,发展智能系统,建设智慧城轨。智能运维的最终目的是要在保障轨道交通装备安全性、可靠性和可用性的基础上,尽可能降低全生命周期费用。而“精准运用”和“按需维修”全面概括了智能运维核心和关键的理解,最终以确保运行安全、降低维护成本和提高服务质量为落脚点,诠释了智能运维的工作目的。通过分析上海、成都、香港等我国城市轨道交通优秀案例及德国多特蒙德莱茵—鲁尔快线数字化车辆段的建设经验,总结经验启示,可为我国城市轨道交通车辆智能运维提供参考。 In light of the strategy of “building the national and provincial strength in transportation”, it is curial to keep pace with the current development trends, respond to China’s strategic deployment, develop intelligent systems and build smart urban rail. The vision of the intelligent operation and maintenance is to minimize the whole life cycle cost by ensuring the safety, reliability and availability of rail transit equipment. The “precise application” and “maintenance on demand” summarize the essence of intelligent operation and maintenance,and clarify the goal of intelligent operation and maintenance as ensuring operation safety, lowering maintenance costs and improving service quality. The paper analyzes the excellent cases of urban rail transit in China such as Shanghai, Chengdu and Hong Kong as well as the construction experience of the Dortmund Rhine-Ruhr Express’ s digitalized depot in Germany, which can be used as a reference for the intelligent operation and maintenance of urban rail vehicles in China.
