硅酸钠自修复微胶囊水泥基复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高水泥基材料的抗裂性和耐久性,以硅酸钠和膨润土为芯材,以乙基纤维素为壁材,采用物理法制备得到具有裂隙自修复功能的微胶囊。双掺固化剂和微胶囊,得到自修复水泥胶砂试件,研究新型微胶囊对试件的力学性能和表观性状影响。研究表明:微胶囊外壁完整地包裹住了芯材,且与胶砂试件的结合良好;微胶囊能够有效增强水泥砂浆的自修复性能,修复效果与微胶囊掺量和修复时间正相关;一定掺量的微胶囊能够提升水泥胶砂的抗压强度,结合自修复效果需求,微胶囊的推荐掺量为2%。 In order to improve the crack resistance and durability of cement-based materials,microcapsules with crack self-repairing function were prepared by physical method with sodium silicate and bentonite as core materials and ethyl cellulose as wall materials.Self-repairing cement mortar specimens were obtained by adding curing agent and microcapsule.The effects of the new microcapsule on the mechanical properties and apparent properties of the specimens were studied.The results show that the outer wall of the microcapsule completely encloses the core material,and the microcapsule is well bonded with the mortar specimen.Microcapsules can effectively enhance the self-repairing performance of cement mortar,and the repair effect is positively related to the amount of microcapsules added and the repair time.A certain amount of microcapsules can improve the compressive strength of cement mortar.In combination with the demand for self-repairing effect,the recommended amount of microcapsules is 2%.
