摘要
针对丁二烯抽提装置高浓度丁二烯部位阀门介质易聚合,运行周期短的现象,严重影响装置安全平稳运行。简述丁二烯的聚合机理及原因并对当前乙腈法丁二烯抽提装置在高浓度丁二烯部位阀门的防聚合措施进行了介绍,通过技术分析解决阀门聚合问题,提出改造方案,并开发一种防聚合的阀门,从本质上保证阀门的可靠性运行,延长装置的运行周期。
The high concentration butadiene valve in butadiene extraction unit has problems of easy polymerization of medium and short operation cycle,seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit.The polymerization mechanism and reasons of butadiene are briefly introduced,and the anti-polymerization measures for high concentration butadiene valve in butadiene extraction unit with acetonitrile method are introduced.Through technical analysis,the polymerization problem of valve is solved,a reasonable transformation scheme is put forward,and a type of anti-polymerization valve is developed to ensure the reliable operation of valve and prolong the operation cycle of unit in essence.
