区块链及智能合约在我国建筑行业中的应用分析

ANALYSIS ON APPLICATION OF BLOCKCHAIN AND SMART CONTRACTS IN CHINA'S CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

建筑业是我国的支柱产业之一,是关系国民经济和人民生活的重要产业。然而现阶段我国建筑行业传统的项目管理模式存在着管理模式简单、粗放、效率低下等问题,需要尽快实现行业转型升级。区块链及智能合约有着公开性高、保密性好、效率高、可追溯性好等特点,对于建筑行业的数字化转型和升级有着重要的意义。文章主要基于区块链和智能合约,分析其在建筑行业中的应用前景。

As one of China’s pillar industries,the construction industry is an important industry related to the national economy and people’s life.However,at this stage,the traditional project management mode of China's construction industry has some problems such as simple,extensive and inefficient management.The transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry is in urgent need.Blockchain and smart contracts have the characteristics of high openness,good confidentiality,high efficiency and good traceability,which are of great significance to the digital transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Based on blockchain and smart contracts,this article mainly analyzes its application prospects in the construction industry.
