摘要
综合利用废弃煤矿矿渣煤矸石作为主要原料之一,添加适量的铝矾土,并添加可溶性淀粉作为造孔剂,混合均匀成型后经烧结制成多孔莫来石陶瓷,研究了淀粉添加量(10 wt%、20 wt%、30 wt%)对多孔莫来石陶瓷的微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明:以煤矸石、铝矾土为主要原料,可溶性淀粉为造孔剂,在烧结温度下保温2 h烧结制备出的多孔陶瓷以莫来石为主要晶相;随着造孔剂含量的增加,多孔莫来石陶瓷的显气孔率明显增加,体积密度和抗折强度逐渐下降,当造孔剂淀粉添加量为10 wt%,烧结温度为1300℃,烧结得到的多孔莫来石陶瓷综合性能最为理想。
Comprehensive utilization of abandoned coal gangue is used as one of the main raw materials.When adding the right amount of bauxite,and then adding soluble starch as a pore-foming agent,being mixed evenly shape and thereafter sintering to make porous mullite ceramics,the influence of the added content of starch(the mass fraction are 10%,20%,30%)on the microstructure and properties of porous mullite ceramics are studied.The results showed that mullite was the main crystal phase of porous ceramics prepared by sintering with coal gangue and bauxite as the main raw materials and soluble starch as the porosity agent.With the increase of the content of porosity agent,the apparent porosity of porous mullite ceramics increased obviously,and the volume density and flexural strength decreased gradually.When the addition of starch to porosity agent was 10 wt%and the sintering temperature was 1300℃,the comprehensive performance of sintered porous mullite ceramics was the most ideal.
