透锂长石压制成砖隧道窑高温焙烧提锂可行性研究

摘要 锂是一种稀有元素,属轻金属类,在自然界中已发现的锂矿物和含锂矿物150多种,其中锂的独立矿物有30多种,提取锂的矿物原料主要有锂辉石、锂云母、磷锂铝石、透锂长石及铁锂云母,其中透锂长石是最重要的锂矿物资源。透锂长石目前还没有一种既经济又环保的成熟提锂工艺技术路线。本文采用低成本的隧道窑连续生产线,对透锂长石提锂进行了初步的研究,为今后新建项目透锂长石压制成砖隧道窑高温焙烧提锂提供了一定的参考。 Lithium is a rare element and belongs to light metals.More than 150 kinds of lithium minerals and lithium containing minerals have been found in nature,including more than 30 kinds of independent minerals of lithium.The mineral raw materials for extracting lithium mainly include spodumene,lepidolite,phospholithium aluminite,lithium permeable feldspar and iron lithium mica,of which lithium permeable feldspar is the most important lithium mineral resource.At present,there is no mature technological route for lithium extraction of lithium permeable feldspar,which is both economical and environmental friendly.In this paper,a low-cost tunnel kiln continuous production line is used to make a preliminary study on lithium extraction from lithium permeable feldspar,which provides a certain reference for the high-temperature roasting of lithium extraction from lithium permeable feldspar pressed into brick tunnel kiln in the future.
